At Art Communication Systems, we recognize the importance of convenience when it comes to communicating. Whether our clients are submitting a quote, a project or simply need a question answered by one of our representatives, we make it easy!! For those that prefer traditional methods, we are just a phone call away.

For those that are more “plugged in” we have options to meet your needs as well.  Of course there is always email for all types of inquiries. We even have a FTP site for submitting files of all kinds.  Quotes and project specifications can now be submitted through our website.

We believe the most convenient and efficient way for submitting jobs is with our new pre-press portal. Using Kodak’s InSite Pre-Press Portal our customers can now see a proof within seconds of submitting their PDFs.

For customers who prefer submitting an application file (InDesign, Quark, Word, Publisher and more), the portal can still accept those files. In these cases ACS will generate a pdf and clients will be notified via email when their proof is available for review. So any project can be reviewed using InSite!! Changes can be noted in the file and submitted without having to write an email explaining exactly where the changes need to be made.
