A Time for Remembrance and Dedication
N
ovember is a
special time in
Gettysburg as we
commemorate the Anniversary
of President Lincoln’s Gettysburg
Address on Dedication Day and the brave
Civil War Union and Confederate soldiers on
Remembrance Day. While the words in Lincoln’s
Address and the lessons of the soldiers, generals and
civilians are always with us in Gettysburg, the town comes
together with visitors from across the country and the
world to pay a special tribute with several unique events.
