We also extend our appreciation to Representative Kazeem for her leadership on this matter. ### About PMAA For more than 80 years, the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association (PMAA) has been the primary voice of community-based services representing the interests of more than 2,600 municipal authorities across the Commonwealth. Services provided by the Association include advocacy on governmental affairs issues, education and training, and member benefit programs. Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) has introduced a new client development manager position as part of its continued focus on client engagement and long-term growth. This role is designed to enhance business development efforts while ensuring the firm remains committed to technical excellence and personalized service. These client development managers will serve as key points of contact for new and prospective clients, working to understand their needs and align them with the right HRG expertise. By strengthening relationships and streamlining client service, they will allow HRG’s technical professionals to focus on engineering solutions and project execution. Komar is joining HRG after most recently serving as the Executive Director of the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority. She also has experience as a city manager, GIS specialist, land development coordinator, and environmental specialist. She has held a variety of leadership positions with the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association, Greater Johnstown School District, YWCA, YMCA, and West End Improvement Group. She also received the Governor’s Excellence Award in 2024 and was previously named a Woman of the Year by the YWCA of Greater Johnstown, a Leader of Distinction by the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania, and one of Pennsylvania Business Central’s Foremost under 40.
