64 The Authority │ August rep with Ferguson for a few years now, and he has become a trusted friend – one who I know I can rely upon if the need arises. Charlie Haag has recently become our new rep with LB Water. We haven’t had enough time or experience to build a strong relationship yet, but based upon the culture I have seen at LB Water, I feel confident that we will! As I mentioned earlier, it is very easy to take PMAA associate members for granted. But the bottom line is that I would not have been nearly as successful in my roles as Authority Administrator or even PMAA President without the help and support of so many of our associate members. While I have highlighted Ferguson and LB Water, there are so many others who have made things easier for me. They include (and I apologize to those who I omit here): • Freddy Lutz of PennBid • Barry Wolfe of Argos HR Solutions • Cheryl Hefft of World Kinnect Energy • Tori Morgan of Entech Engineering • Christine Gunsaullus of The Tank Queen • Carl Scillia and Bill Kasper of RIO Supply • Kurt Bonnett of Neptune I’m sure that there are more that I could add, but that is a healthy start. The bottom line is to recognize how valuable our associate members are to us as authority managers and to our Association.
