Printing Tips

When a project is being priced, the following information is often very helpful:

• Name of project, phone number, fax, email
• Quantity
• Finished size
• Flat size, if piece is folded
• Type of fold
• Number of pages
• Inks used
• If piece is single or double sided
• Weight, color, and finish of stock used
• Does piece bleed
• What kind of proof do you want to see
• Binding style used for multi-page projects
• How will project arrive at ACS
• What platform, PC or MAC, will you be using
• What software program will you use
• Inclusion of any special instructions that may be useful in quoting the project
