As COO, David will be responsible for providing leadership, working with Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors to establish operational development goals, strategies, and plans to implement our internal growth and acquisition vision. He will also be responsible for the implementation of all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to technical services and operations of the firm. David joined LDG in April 2019, bringing a 20-year track record of cli- ent growth and operational excellence in Planning and Engineering Con- sulting to LDG, including a wealth of knowledge in public policy, resource management, comprehensive and environmental planning, and military master planning and programming. Tori brings thirty years of diverse experience in compliance manage- ment, industrial pretreatment, quality control, health & safety, and regulato- ry support. At Entech, Tori will take the lead on centralizing regulatory and compliance information to help ensure our clients stay abreast of regulatory changes. She is also a certified water and wastewater operator in Pennsylva- nia and New Jersey. In addition to Tori’s technical achieve- ments, she serves on multiple public and community service boards includ- ing Lehigh Valley Planning Com- mission, Parkland School Education Foundation, Western Lehigh Chamber of Commerce, and is also an elected Commissioner for South Whitehall Township, currently serving as Presi- dent.
