October 2020 - The Authority 9 Mike Schober, former PMAA Presi- dent (2011), has been named a Trustee for PMAA’s Unemployment Compen- sation program. Mike has been dedi- cated to PMAA’s mission throughout the years serving as Region 4 Director (2002-2005). He is a past recipient of PMAA’s Red Davis Award (2015). PMAA’s Unemployment Compen- sation Trust (Trust) was established in 1981 exclusively for municipal authorities. The Trust provides unem- ployment compensation to more than 270 municipal authorities statewide. Mike is Vice President and Business Development Director for ARRO Con- sulting, Inc., a full service, engi- neering, environmental, and manage- ment consulting firm headquartered in Lancaster County; Mike is based out of the Lititz office. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Vil- lanova University. He is also a Board Certified Environmental Engineer and is a P.E. in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, New York, and Ohio.
